 HOME BAZAAR PRODUCTS -Warranty / Return Policy
 

We want all customers to be happy with their selections. Any customers making returns must obtain return authorization through (e-mail ) from us prior to shipment. All Return if Received defective, we will be sending call tag.

Warranty: We guarantee the product your order to be free of material and workmanship defects in case you find any manufacturing or material defect please email us with 5 days from receipt of merchandise, and we will replace and send you a call tag, after the receipt of the product we will send you fresh piece. Free of any charges ( no shipping charges), any defects will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any attempt to repair a defective item without authorization may void this warranty.
 

Your order will be shipped with in 4 working days from the date of placement of order.through FEDEX
or UPS ground.incase ofrequest for Air Shipeemnt there will be extra charges which will be detrmind item to item.
Any cancellation requests for plaque orders must be received within 48 hours from the time your plaque order is placed. No refunds can be given if a cancellation request is received after 48 hours from the time a plaque order is placed because the order will be in process  at vendors sight, therefore it will in shipping and cannot be withdrawn.
Received in good condition: There is no restocking fee on returns for whatever reason! We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in 'as new' condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase for years to come! A return authorization must be obtained through (e-mail ) and you will be responsible for any shipping charges on non-defective returns. You will be credited for the product cost and any taxes. We cannot refund shipping and handling on non-defective returns.
All returns will be internally processed within 10 days of receipt. It may take additional time for any refunds to appear on billing statements. You will be notified by e-mail when your return has been processed.
